FormPro 1100 ABS Grey sheet
I am really impressed with the ABS product. The panels are similar in size to a quarter sheet of plywood, and the weight of the panels is just a touch lighter. They panels are already finished and cut like butter with my skill saw. The panels are pretty sturdy and have very little flex in them, so making a box or something out of the ABS would be great. I haven't tried to put join two of the panels together yet, but I suspect some ABS glue would be a great way to join them. I've seen these used a back boards for additional electrical devices in cars, and they use self tapping screws to mount the equipment to the ABS. I may have to buy some more just to try it.
