Order Time/ Shipping Schedule

All UPS orders are usually shipped within 24hours of receipt, or the next business day, if ordered over the weekend. All U.S. Mail orders are usually shipped the next business morning. Delivery time for orders shipped via UPS is typically 1-7 working days depending on delivery service and location. Delivery time for orders sent via U.S. Mail is typically 2-14 working days. Please provide us with your daytime phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order.

Bulk Sales

If you have a requirement for a large quantity of an item, please email customer service at or call (407-628-5634). We will be happy to advise you on the availability of bulk quantities, pricing, and shipping terms.

Pick-up in our Retail Store here in Orlando, FL for Free

 Choose "In Store Pickup" to have your order pulled and made available for pick up the next morning in our retail store for free. Order by 4pm, Monday to Thursday to pick up the next morning. Order by 4pm, Friday through Sunday to pick up by Monday afternoon.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel an order by calling (321)972-8357 and speaking to a Web Sales Customer Service Representative or by sending an email to We process orders as quickly as possible. In order to cancel or modify an order, a phone call or email must be sent immediately as we will be unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 10 days of delivery. Non-defective returns and all returns after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Call (321)972-8357 between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to get an RA# number. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.  Carefully pack your return and write the RA# on the outside of the box in plain sight. Returns without an invoice or RA# are subject to delayed processing and the 10% restocking fee. Due to their nature some items such as kits and cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) are non-returnable. No freight-collect or COD returns accepted. Return shipping charges on non-defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Shipping and handling charges on returned goods are non-refundable. The customer must request refunds for over payment or returned items within 30 days of the order or return

Merchandise Damaged in Shipment

Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons). Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.  Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. 

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to an address in Florida must pay Florida State Sales Tax, unless we have a signed Florida sales tax certificate on file prior to shipping. Certificates can be mailed (see contact information page) or faxed, 407-647-4831 to the attention of “Web Sales”. If you are required to pay sales tax in your state, that is your responsibility.

Ship To

Sorry, we are able to ship only to the US, its territories and possessions (see our Exportation Policy below). We require a physical address to ship by any method other than US Mail. If you have a PO Box address please choose US Mail.

Exportation Policy

Sorry, no international sales. We are not an exporting company. We have no exporting license, and, because we often deal with govt./ military surplus, we do not want to give even the impression that we are selling abroad (including Canada and Mexico).

We normally have in-stock everything advertised on our website, in many cases we have greater quantities than that listed on the website.
