Shipping & Returns


So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can have your purchase? 

  • We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, same day or next business day, excluding national holidays
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.

With few exceptions, all UPS orders are usually shipped within 24hours of receipt, or the next business day if ordered over the weekend. All U.S. Mail orders are usually shipped the next business morning. Delivery time for orders shipped via UPS is typically 1-7 working days depending on delivery service and location. Delivery time for orders sent via U.S. Mail is typically 2-14 working days. Please provide us with your daytime phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order.

  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    If your order is being sent by a trackable service, (UPS or Priority Mail), these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you. USPS First Class is not always traclable. Tracking for Motor Freight is not always available. 

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    Normally we have every item listed in stock in the quantities displayed, these items are shipped by us from central Florida. There are, however, a few items we do not stock ourselves and ship from a 3rd party. This is clearly detialed in the item description. For the same reason, some multi-line item orders may ship in more that one package, by more than one carrier.




Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 10 days of delivery. Non-defective returns and all returns after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Call (321)972-8357 between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to get an RA# number. Please have your invoice ready when you call.
Sorry, no returns after 30 days.  
Carefully pack your return and write the RA# on the outside of the box in plain sight. Returns without an invoice or RA# are subject to delayed processing and the 10% restocking fee. Due to their nature some items such as kits and cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) are non-returnable. No freight-collect or COD returns accepted. Return shipping charges on non-defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
